1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 3 days of purchase.
- You have accessed less than 10% of the total course content.
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request so we can improve our program.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- More than 3 days have passed since purchase.
- You have accessed 10% or more of the course videos/materials.
- You have downloaded any course resources, templates, or bonus materials.
- You purchased during a special offer, sale, or discount campaign.
- The dissatisfaction is due to personal preferences after consuming significant content.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible refund requests must be sent via email to growthpassives@gmail.com with your full name, registered email, payment details, and reason for refund.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Payment gateway/processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Course Access
- Once a refund is approved, your account access to the course will be permanently removed.
- If you wish to re-enroll in the future, the purchase will be treated as a new enrollment at the current price.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future purchases.
